I always loved review time, but then again... I usually got pretty good reviews. As a teacher, it's pretty silly. The administrator will see you one day out of the year and "grade" you on it. It's not something that they can really get a lot out of. Mostly it's all reputation. Which is actually how many times a parent calls tocomplain. :) Hope you are enjoying your job though.
