Review Time
I had part of my review yesterday and the rest of it today. They seem happy with me. I still have the same old stuff to work on. Confidence and comments. I suck at both of them.
I hate review time. It is really stressful to me. I know it is just a job, but it really freaks me out. At least it is over for another year.
The longer you work there the better it will be.
I always loved review time, but then again… I usually got pretty good reviews.
As a teacher, it’s pretty silly. The administrator will see you one day out of the year and “grade” you on it. It’s not something that they can really get a lot out of. Mostly it’s all reputation. Which is actually how many times a parent calls tocomplain.
Hope you are enjoying your job though.
It is not that it did not go good. Other than those two they love me. Just makes me nervous.
