I had a wonderful weekend. Saturday I helped Leah and Mandy mover some stuff (they are moving to a new place soon). Saturday night I had a blast hanging out with Kevin, Jim, and Jonathan. I have not laughed that much in a long time. It was kind of strange because we would go from laughing to talking about some really serious stuff and then back to laughing. It was a good time.

Sunday I was helping move again. We worked hard, but also laughed a lot and pretty much just had a good time.

Being around people is good. It helps me remember that life can be good.

I have been watching 24. Just two more hours and I will be done with the first season. Good show so far. I saw the big twist coming from a mile away, but I am sure everyone did. Check it out if you get a chance it is good.

So it has been a while, over a week. I have not really had anything new to say. I guess I will just catch everyone up on what will be going on in my life over the next few weeks.

This weekend I am off to Cookeville to hang out with Kevin, Jim, and Jonathon. It will be fun I have not seen any of them in at least a year, maybe longer. The weekend after that I am off to Athens to hang out with Dusty and Andy, maybe other not really sure. Dusty’s basement is going to be sweet, they have all kinds of cool toys in that place. The next weekend I am off to Athens again, this time to see the family. Mom and Granddaddy’s birthdays are both Aug 10th so I will be in to with them happy birthdays.

September 8th to 13th I will be in Florida with Leah and Mandy. Then on September 29th we (Leah, Mandy, and I) are off to see Mercy Me and Audio Adrenaline at Lipscomb University’s Allen Arena.

I think that is pretty much everything that I have going on for a while. If I forgot anything please let me know.

I have pretty much decided to stay where I am for a while longer. I really sucks sometimes and others it is pretty good. So I am saying in Nashville for at least a while longer. I think it is the best thing to do for now. I don’t know what will happen in the future, but for now I am staying put.

Yay Nano! Yeah I am really starting to use this thing now and it is pretty sweet. I got this pack of stuff of it at Sam’s. It had a car charger, arm band, clip, and a FM transmitter (that also allows you to listen to the radio). The FM transmitter can’t be used at the same time as the clip or arm band thing, but that is only because it is great for the car or my room when I want to hide and listen to music with out things sticking in my ears. It is going to be really great the next time I take a trip back how because I always lose the radio station I like to listen to on the way.

I just got finished watching American Beauty. I owned in like 7 year ago. I let someone borrow it and it never made it back, so I finally got around to getting a new one. On the plus side I had forgotten exactly what happen so it was pretty much like seeing a new movie.

While I am on the DVD topic, I have finally started getting 24. I am up to 8:00 AM of season one. So far I like it a lot, but I am glad I don’t have to watch it on TV. For some reason I think it would bother me more than most shows if I had to wait a week between each episode

On a side note I don’t like the time about an hour before I got to bed until I am asleep. That is pretty much the hardest time for me.

Well yesterday I was all ready to quite my job and leave town.  Now I am not sure.  I don’t know what to do.  Work yesterday sucked.  Today it was back to normal.

I don’t know what to do with my life.  I don’t know if I should try and find a new job or not.  I don’t know if I should try a new city or not.  So many choices and not clear answers.

Well I gave in and uploaded some of the Cheekwood pictures to flickr. I just pick a few so anyone wants any of the others on flickr just let me know and I will upload the requested ones.

I may have to give in at some point and go pro on flickr. I still don’t know if I am going to be taking enough pictures to make it worth it. I am pretty much at the same point with buying a camera that I am with flickr.

I went for a bike ride today around the Smyrna greenway. I would say I rode at least 10 miles. It was fun, and also the first time I am really gotten to use Nano. Pretty much the only thing that sucked was that I could not find my water bottle. Luckily one of the paths goes past the apartments I used to live in and I knew where the drink machine was there. Other than that I did not see any place to get anything to drink. Next time I will go more prepared.

I got new tires Friday! I really hate doing stuff like that, but the place I went to seemed to be honest and not trying to rip me off. I hate have stuff like that done because I know pretty much nothing about car stuff, but that is over and I should not have to worry about it again for a few years.

Today Leah and Mandy took me to Cheekwood! I head never heard of the place, but it was really cool. We all had a wonderful time. Got to take lots of pictures, so many in fact I don’t think my flickr account could handle them. In stead of flckr I am just uploading them to this site in a Picasa generated gallery. So go check out the pictures!

I just had one of those night where I eat. I hate when I do that. I pretty much snacked on anything I could find. That is really bad. I really need to start going back to the gym. I have not really been since I got sick on my birthday.

I have pretty much already gained what little weight I had lost. I am a slacker. Working out was pretty much the reason I got the Nano and I have not used it once at the gym. I have used the Nano and really like it, I am just not using it for the reason I thought I would. Right now it pretty much only gets used when I am locked in my room writing.

The plan for working out is that when/if I ever start getting off work on time again I will be headed back to the gym. Hope I can stick with that plan. It is really hard for me to start back after I stop. Not really sure why. I always feel better after I start going. I hope no one has moved in on my time slot while I have MIA.

Has anyone seen the new Superman movie?  Is it good?

Sometimes weekends just fly by to fast even when it is a long weekend. I had Friday off and went to see the Brady’s. I got some caramel pie as an extra bonus! Noah has changed a lot since the last time I saw him. He stayed a wake a lot longer and moved around a whole lot more.

Saturday I went out to dinner and to play pool with Leah and Mandy. Later I hung out with Leah, Melissa, and Julie. I had a good time. Found out that I still suck at pool and that Mandy is really good at it.

Today I went to the store to get food for next week and washed some clothes. Melissa and Julie tried to get to me go to the park today, but I did not want to go and they are not very good at listening when I say no, but in the end they listened. I know they are just trying to look out for me, but I don’t want to screw up everyone’s time.

I think I am finally on the way to getting all the way better. When I got up this morning my throat only hurt a little bit and after awhile not at all. I hope it says that way in the morning. I don’t know what it is but throat problems always seem to be worse in the mornings. I am thinking it has to do with not drinking anything, but I am sure I don’t really know.

That is my good news. As for the rest of my life, it is confusing. I don’t know what the people around me are doing. I am confused and it hurts. I am thinking of going back to staying alone all the time. It was simpler.

I don’t know if you have ever been to myspace or not, I only go there to keep up with the people I know, other than that I would not touch the place. Anyway on to my point. They have ads where you have to click a button and win a little game and then they pop-up a window and try to get you to sign up for crap. I can’t freaking pass those things up. Every time I see a new one I have to play it. Luckily FireFox block the pop-ups and I just get to play the games.

That is pretty much all the gaming I do anymore, if that even counts. I remember when I was a true gamer and played some sort of game at least once a day. Those days are now gone for me, the world has moved on. I am not saying I am done with playing games, but it happens a lot less than it did.

Isn’t it funny how when you think life can’t get anymore complicated it does?
