Move Complete
We had Friday off to finish moving everything. It is great having everything in one place now and not having to worry about making sure everything is OK in both places. It is also great feeling knowing that we took care of it all ourselves. Not to say that we did not have help. I guess what I am trying saying is that it is a great feeling to know that we are at the point in life, and have been, that we can take care of ourselves. It is also nice to know that we do have people that would do everything within their power to make sure we are fine and would help us anytime we need it.
It is so wonderful to know that there will be no more moving for a time. I can’t stand moving. In this case I was happy to do it, but am still glad it is done. Now that all the stuff is in one place there is still a lot of organization to be done. We have most everything put away, but knowing myself I will be rearranging things for weeks to come until I find that perfect arrangement.
Friday afternoon we played tennis! Really it was just Mandy trying to teach me. I had never played before, but I think it is going to be a lot of fun, after I get the hang of it. It can’t be much fun for Mandy right now, but she is being wonderfully patient with me and has only horse laughed at me a couple of times. The really bad part is I came within two feet of hitting a truck driving down the road, thank God it hit the grass and not the truck. I don’t think I would ever been allowed to play again if I had caused a wreck on my first round out.
My life is good and gets better everyday. Thank you so very much Mandy for your love and every single thing you do big and small.
