I've started riding my mountain bike again, both road riding and trail riding.
It really helps since it's low impact on the knees.  What really sucks is, you'll be working
out, running etc, then hurt your knee or elbow.  Then you have to stop for 1-3 weeks 
and get out of the routine.  I know it's happened to me many times before, so do whatever
you can to protect your joints like doing low impact stuff.</description>
